As a professional home design and building company, we offer several house and land packages that help buyers step into their first home.
To help manage your expectations, here is an overview of what happens when you engage our services for your project.

- Review the specifications for the build and complete the HIA contract.
- Pay a 5% deposit.
- The builder will submit the relevant paperwork to gain building approval.
- Construction begins
